I’m absolutely thrilled to have you here!

Hello, I’m Taylor

I’m a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you find balance, confidence, and peace through nutrition. With over 8 years of clinical experience, I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of needs—from gut health and weight management to diabetes, heart disease, and beyond.

I take a holistic, functional approach, looking at the whole person—not just the symptoms. My mission is to help you restore balance, heal your gut, support your metabolism, and create sustainable habits that make healthy eating feel empowering and stress-free.

How I Help

I help individuals uncover the root cause of digestive, metabolic, or wellness concerns and create a clear, step-by-step plan using a food-first, functional approach.

Common concerns I support include:

  • Bloating, constipation, or irregular digestion

  • Reflux or other gut discomfort

  • Weight management and metabolic support (GLP-1, Bariatric Surgery)

  • Hormone or energy imbalances

  • Chronic Medical Conditions like Kidney Disease and Diabetes

I guide you on what to eat, how to support gut healing, and ways to restore balance—so you can feel your best from the inside out.

Why I Do This

My Start and My Career

I earned my BS in Food & Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University (We Are!) and completed my internship in Central Florida, becoming a Registered Dietitian.

First Role: Clinical Nutrition

I spent over 5 years in Hospital-based clinical nutrition, helping patients navigate Cancer, Diabetes, Kidney Failure, Post-Partum, Heart Disease, Functional Disorders, and so much more. This role taught me the importance of meeting patients where they are and creating realistic, doable nutrition plans.

Next: Outpatient Nutrition Support

Here I worked alongside GI Specialists, Oncologists, and other nutrition support teams. Saw firsthand how often parents’ concerns were brushed aside and kids were quickly prescribed medications without exploring why symptoms were happening. This drove me to open my own practice.

Today: Founder of Branch and Vine Nutrition

Now, I blend my clinical background with a functional, food-first approach to help individuals uncover the root cause of their gut issues, achieve hormone balance and weight loss, and maximize nutrition — without unnecessary medications or overly restrictive diets.

What Makes Me Different?

Many of my clients have already tried everything— restrictive diets, supplements, or quick fixes—yet still feel stuck, bloated, or out of balance.

The difference? Time and a root-cause approach.

Unlike the typical rushed appointments, I take the time to fully understand your history, digestion, metabolism, and wellness goals. We work together to uncover the underlying causes of your symptoms, troubleshoot in real time, and create a personalized, functional plan that fits your life.

I’m not here to give you another generic handout or temporary fix. I’m here to empower you with the tools, strategies, and support to restore balance, improve gut health, and achieve sustainable wellness—so you can feel your best from the inside out.
